I want my fan back
I bought a black +REM standing fan FS40-17LR. Price 25,190 at soar ilupeju 9th feb 2019.
The fan was having some minor issue but it was still working and i bought it back to be fixed on 13/12/2019.
They told me that they where going to give me a call after it has been fixed . After 2 months no call and i went back there , they checked and told me that the fan has not been brought back. Then i travelled when I came back after a while I still checked back and i met a customer care representative called Nonso. He told me he was going to report the issue and call me back for the fan but he never did. I still went back to get electronic there and i called the same Nonso to find out what was happening but he picked my call once and when I got there he refuse to surface bcos i told him that i have been looking for my receipt but now I found it back where i kept it. I really need my fan back please attend to my request. Thanks

Hi,
Please we need a technical team to check the oven which was bought a year ago. We were preheating the oven when there was a loud sound. There was no fire outbreak not gas leak. The oven moved from the wall which it was resting on and all the burners fell off.
Nothing appears broken or physically damaged.

I bought AC 1hs power 23-04-22, after the installation the AC doesn’t cool the space so I laid complain to Mr Clem I bought it from and I was told Engineers will be sent down which took another 3weeks before they finally came to check and said they will have to replace the pannle, for another 3weeks now nothing has been done’ I called one lady I was referred too in charged of this case but was very rude….please I need replacement of the AC or they should come replace the pannle immediately…..my client are so unpleased, because I single Handley maid my client agree to buy Midea Ac….please I need your urgent help on this

I am so disappointed in this product I bought your freezer 30 December 2022 and I noticed that when ever there is no light the freezer defroze immediately which I complained to the customer that sold it she sent an engineer to my house and he said it's light which I have another freezer in my room which the same light that carries both , she sent another engineer he just wrote something on a paper and left the annoying part of it is that my husband called the manager of that branch Mr Royal priesthood and he got my husband pieced up with his reply so pls come and carry the freezer ur product is not good

I bought a Bruhm 100 liters Glory Series Chest Freezer Silver BCF-SD100F JA From Jumia in 2018 – September. With 5 years compressor Warranty.
The compressor got bad recently and has refused to work.
How can I claim the warranty?

For our engineer to come and assess your freezer you will need to pay a nonrefundable 10,000 for assessment fee
After assessment you will be told the amount you will pay for repair
Kindly notify us once payment is made
After assessment if is confirmed to be a compressor issue and if the compressor has not been replaced before
You will not incur the cost of repair/replacement of compressor
But if is not compressor issue and the compressor has been replaced by us before you will incur the cost
But before engineer will be assigned you will need to pay assessment fee a nonrefundable fee of 10,000 naira because the freezer is out of warranty
But please note if after assessment and is confirmed to be internal leakage
We do not attend to internal related issues.
And for the 5years warranty on compressor to be valid you will need to provide your purchase invoice

this is me again complaining about my Midea Front Load Washer, 10KG, Grey, MFK100S & I got it on the 25th of March 2022 last year…the washing machine isn’t displaying anymore and it’s not working anymore cus once I plug it in and turn on the switch…it starts making sounds like it’s spinning meanwhile it’s not working and it’s not displaying…so am already frustrated thinking what’s wrong with it when I hardly use it…my place is outskirts of Lagos… Ojodu abiodun Berger…Ifo local govt Ogun state…08147355118 my calling number

Netflix Permanently Crashed on Bruhm Smart TV
Model: 65 inches Bruhm LED, UHD, OS Smart TV

Issue:
The inbuilt Netflix app on the Smart TV has crashed. it keeps showing an Error u-800 and after following all the steps on the Netflix website to clear the error it still persists. I am also unable to delete the app and download another one as the app seems to be inbuilt into the TV and cannot be deleted, updated or replaced.

Got this refrigerator in January 2020, it’s been working well till this year after I got back from the Christmas holiday, I noticed the fridge doesn’t retain ice or coolness as it normally does when the power is out. So it’s almost like it only works with light now.

I complained about my faulty Freezer almost going to A year now, The engineer later came last week after several messages and disturbance, And he confirmed the compressor is bad, meanwhile on the Freezer it is written clearly that Compressor is On 5Years warranty, after paying for their service charge, they refused to get back to me only for me to message the later I have been chatting with and she said The Compressor is bad and the freezer has Internal leakage and they don't fix internal leakage which I know my freezer doesn't have any Internal leakage, And I told her they should come and change the compressor let me look for a way to do my internal leakage myself, you people haven't responded since then.i have been out of freezer going to 1 year now, If you people want me to condemn the freezer just come out and Say it.
